3. Service promise
1, Range hood category
¢Å five-year warranty (incandescent bulbs, and except for aluminum strainer of a non-demolition and wash-free series ), lifelong services.

¢Ç To provide a free onsite installation once and a second installation in designated area (another count the cost of materials).

¢Å Year warranty (except the shell, the inside pan), three-year warranty of computer board, lifelong service.
¢Æ Bad accessories have replacements during warranty period, free maintenance ,no free onsite service, the repair of external damage charge the part cost.
5, Induction Cooker, the Electric kettles, food processors category
¢Å Induction Cooker unit: a year warranty and lifetime service.
¢Æ Electric kettles: a Whole year warranty.
¢Ç Food processing unit: for one year warranty.
¢È Bad accessories have replacements during warranty period, free maintenance, no free onsite service, the repair of external damage charge the part cost.
6, If having one of the following circumstances, the service is not free, but repairs may have the charges
¢Å As a damage caused by use, maintenance, and improper custody by consumers;
¢Æ Damage not caused by service of Robam employees;
¢Ç Without valid documents and invoices, reference to the relevant provisions of the state or of the Robam;
¢È Lack of product barcode or wrapped with inconsistent or altered documents between models and maintenance Model;
¢É By natural disasters such as damage caused by Majuro force (such as lightning, etc.).
